General conditions
A reservation will take effect as soon as we receive payment, of 20% on our account. The final payment of 80% need to be done
at least 6 weeks before arrival.


Electricity costs

Water and power consumption $ 140 per week are included for the regular houses and condo’s with normal usage.


Cleaning fee
For each stay, the accommodation is cleaned.


Deposit
The deposit will be returned on departure by the channel (unless of course there is damage, this is deducted).


Use of premises
We would ask our guests to use our accommodation, property, and neighborhood quietly and with respect.


Capacity
Our accommodations are rented for the exact amount of people who booked. If more guest than planned arrive, we are entitled
to refuse them. Lodges are not allowed.


Animals
Animals are not allowed.


Valuables
We cannot be held responsible for valuables left in bedrooms and declines all responsibility in case of loss of theft. We cannot be held responsible for car theft or joyriding from premises and is not responsible for any damage of vehicles parked around her premises.


Liability: What are the rules concerning safety during your stay?

The use of the house, inventory and swimming pool is at your own risk.
Diving in the pool is expressly prohibited! Parents with children are responsible for the safety of their children.


The landlord cannot be held liable for damages in any form whatsoever, to use home inventory, pool, terrace, etc. entails.


Upgrade
We are always entitled to upgrade a made reservation for free.


Down payment
By paying the down payment you agree with the rental terms.


Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the payment will be forfeited to cancel is not possible anymore. We strongly recommend that you get a travel insurance. In such a case this contract will become invalid and we may try to rent the accommodation again. If the stay is
shortened, the total amount of rental must be paid to the owners, no reimbursement will be made.
If border(s) and/ or airport(s) are closed due Covid-19 and it is not possible to travel, then the reservation can be postponed. We
do not give a refund. Based on the ever-changing situation, we recommend all visitors to visit www.airportaruba.com,

required procedures and more.
